Meet Our Team

Our staff is certified in the use of Feuerstein’s Instrumental Enrichment Programs (FIE) and the use of Dynamic Assessment: Learning Propensity Assessment Device (LPAD).  We have extensive training and certification through The International Centre for the Enhancement of Learning Potential (ICELP) based in Jerusalem, Israel, the International Renewal Institute (IRI) based in Chicago IL. and the National Center for the Enrichment of Thinking and Learning (NCETL) based in Chicago, IL.  Our team members work closely with all associations in order to sustain the quality standards and continuing professional development.

Carol Taylor R.N.

Carol is a mother of 4 adult children and grandmother of 11. She is a Registered Nurse by profession, and has been training in Feuerstein's programs since 2004. She specializes in Instrumental Enrichment, LPAD (ages 3-adult) and subject tutoring for elementary and junior high students.

Laura Taylor Engel MA.PPC.

Laura has a MA in Psychology, and is a mother of 2. She is a trainer in Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment and has been working with his programs since 2004. She has a particular interest in working with the special needs population. She specialized in Intrumental Enrichment and tutoring junior high (all subjects) and high school Biology.

Krista Taylor B.Ed

Krista is a junior high and high school teacher with her B. Ed degree (major in Math, minor in English) and a mother of 4. She specilizes in tutoring of Mathematics, English and Social Studies of all grades, in English or French.

Eric Matheson-Jones

B.Ed, B.Sc Mech Eng, P.Eng, AMIOA

Eric is a junior high and high school teacher with his B.Ed degree. He also has a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and working in this profession for several years. He has been a sessional instructor at NAIT (Technical Mathematics). He specializes in tutoring Science, Chemisty, Physics and Mathematics.
